SHIPPING INFORMATION All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless we are contacted by telephone and an Express Order is made. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery (depending upon the volume of orders this may vary). All orders are shipped from Houston, Texas and are insured (included in shipping charge).

PAYMENT INFORMATION We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa; Money Orders and Personal Checks. If you prefer to use a check, we reserve the right to wait for your check to clear before shipping your item(s).
BREAKAGE POLICY We pride ourselves on our packing, but in spite of our good intentions, breakage sometimes occurs. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise should that happen. Please save all packing material just the way it was received.
RETURN POLICY We do allow for the return of an item for a refund (less shipping fees), provided we are notified within 48 hours of the time you receive the item. It must be returned in the same packaging we used for shipment to you. The expense of returning the item to us, properly insured, is the buyer's responsibility.
